My name is Jason Leon Georgiou. I am mainly interested in the CGI industry; whether that be animating, modelling, or character rigging. Animation has always interested me, I began to develop this interest toward the end of my college years. My major skills include art and computing, I viewed my animation course as a worthwhile combination of these skills. I graduated mid 2008 with honours.

I have been working hard on updating my Website over the past two week.the Website new features include a intro animation on the index page and a complete rebuild of theme and layout. I will continue to update this site more regularly and I plan to add two new pages "Projects" and "Workshops" to this site that will include information about current and past projects that i have worked on and workshops that I have run and will be runing.

am back from my Thailand experience and boy have I been busy. From leaning Motion capture, playing with 3D scanners and 3D Printers to leaning the next generation rendering techniques "Displacement Maps" and leaning the fantastic Pixar's RenderMan. I really have had my hands full. Over the time I was over there I announced that I was working on a project "Monkey Magic" sadly this will not be finished. The idea of that project was to get student involvement, however the students already had far to much work to have any free time to get involved, so in the end this project was not finished and had to be scraped, however on the light side this g

I am now announcing the name of my project that I am doing well I am over here in Thailand. Monkey Magic: This is a short animation project which I am leading and will hopefully have completed by the beginning of March.
I am also working with another animator here "Grant Garvin" on a project we were given called "Magic Talk" (nothing to do with Monkey Magic). It's an animation intended to help Thai students learn English. In total there will be 200 short animations for this project, we will only be doing one.
